The hotel is so close to Derby railway station, making it super convenient for transportation, but the room beds were a bit small and hard. The service was great, especially thanks to the receptionist who gave us a discount voucher for a local Indian restaurant. However, the dining experience fell short with disappointing coffee and black pudding. The location is fantastic for getting around easily, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The service was friendly, especially the receptionist who kindly gave us a £10 off voucher for the local Indian restaurant.
